This accelerated massage program at Contatto is more than just a course, it’s a catalyst for your future!

Our next program is starting January 6, 2025

Education

Our intimate program has a maximum of 12 students guaranteeing highly individualized academic support. We incorporate movement, art, games, media and hands-on education alongside lecture classes. Students will receive one-on-one critique, coaching and business classes to shape your best path forward with massage.  You will leave CWEC fully prepared for the MBLEx and to begin your career as an entry-level massage therapist. CWEC is a 500-hour program with an option to take an additional 125 hour (advanced studies) course.

Accommodations

Contatto’s campus has four two bedroom, one bath cabinas. In each cabina there is a bunk room (2 people occupancy) and a queen room (1-2 people occupancy), with shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and porches. The cabinas feature locally crafted furniture, artisanal Moroccan rugs, and other unique touches from our travels. Our cabinas do not have TVs as we encourage you to unplug as much as possible while you are here, but you are welcome to use the projector to screen media in the evenings.

Most of your classes will take place in the large outdoor classroom with beautiful views. We will supply massage tables, chairs, yoga mats, arts and craft supplies. There is a wellness reference library on site to support your learning and research.

The property features a large pool, outdoor shower, poolside bar, outdoor kitchen, communal eating area, fountain and beautiful gardens full of hummingbirds and other pollinators. The gated property is in a quiet residential neighborhood, one block from the river and under five minutes walking to a grocery store, restaurants and more.
