The Family Behind CWEC

Contatto Wellness Education Center was founded in 2012 by Beth Sack-Rogers and her three children. At the time, only she and her oldest were massage therapists. Now it is truly the family business, as all three have gone on become Licensed Massage Therapists in multiple states. Each member of the family brings a different set of interests and passions to the table, and combined, they have studied massage and wellness for over 30 years.

Beth has been teaching massage for more than a decade and is the former Director of Education at Tennessee School of Therapeutic Massage. Never done with learning, she is pursuing certifications in both Watsu and as a Meditation in Healthcare Instructor.

Nathan has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012 after being taught by his mother at TSTM. In 2016, he was approved by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission as a Massage Educator, and in 2018, he received his Master of Education from American University.

Margot studied at TSTM in 2015, and has since studied a number of modalities in significant depth, including Manual Lymphatic Drainage and post-surgical massage, Reiki, and Yoga. In addition to instructing at retreats, Margot works on yachts providing healing services across the globe.

Graham is the newest to the massage therapy world, though he has been interested in it since helping his mom study when she was originally going through school in 2008. While studying acting in high school and University of Cincinnati’s College Conservatory of Music, Graham realized how important movement, wellness, and massage could be to his craft. After graduating from CCM’s acting program in 2019, he also went through TSTM’s program. Additionally, he is a certified yoga instructor. Graham specializes in breath training and meditation at CWEC retreats.
