In addition to the educational programs, our retreats lean heavily on wellness practices like yoga and movement, but there are a variety of other healthy activities like horseback riding, cooking classes, and rejuvenating spa services available in the area.
Contatto Wellness Education Center believes that while the typical health and wellness treatments can help restore guests to a more tranquil state, the ultimate spiritual reset is a unique community focused on fostering spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental health.
Beth Teaches Bodywork
Beth Teaches Bodywork is one of the many services provided by Contatto Wellness Education Center. CWEC was founded in 2012 by Beth Sack-Rogers and her three children.
Our mission is to provide touch therapy and knowledge regarding therapy and wellness to all interested families and individuals, helping them to lead healthier lives.
